Eat all the fruits and veggies you want, any time, anywhere, cook, frozen, canned, fresh, raw, vine ripe. Then you will have no problems. Keep some items cut up and washed and in little snack bags in the refrigerator. When you come in they will be ready and you can throw them in your purse or pocket when you go out.

One snack I like are the Koshi bars. Good food and not altered a lot with chemicals.

luck!!!When I was young, I can in from school and wiped out anything in the frig and then had dinner at 6pm. So I do understand. My favorite snack then was sliced tomatoes, spinach and 2 boiled eggs.

Hi there,

It takes 20 minutes for the brain to know that the stomach has been fed. After you eat a snack, sit down and read, do your homework, or watch TV. In about 20 minutes you will feel full and not crave more food.
