no i dont think so cause it might make you go into starvation mode which makes you actually gain weight... u can try like a fruits and vegetable diet... i am positive that it will work better than a liquid diet... also inorder to lose weight you have to eat healthy and excersize... it takes commitment... hope this helps... merry christmas

You can lose 5-10 lbs on a juice fast, but you're losing mostly water. You will feel terrible and you won't lose much off your waistline.
