I lost 4lbs in 7-9 days. All Im doing is eating 1200 calories a day and doing 100 sit ups a day. And I also went bowling that week. Why am Iosing weight faster than normal? Im not saying its a bad thing! Im just wondering.

if you have recently changed your eating and exercise habits its not uncommon to see a sudden drop in weight. the fast rate will stop pretty soon. this is water weight plus a tad bit of fat. you lose 2 pounds of fat a week, anything more is water weight. i dont mean to say this as discouragement losing excess water weight can make you feel better anyway. keep following this diet and you'll lose the amount of fat weight in no time

4 lbs isn't much. If it continues for a month or so and you lose 20 pounds without trying to, you might have some problems.
It sounds fine to me though. It's not really hard to lose weight; fat people just act like it is, so they have an excuse to not do it.

it could just be that your weight fluctuates, like water weight. weight changes right before and after your period, so that might be it too.
