Yes, it's a bad idea. First of all, unless you're throwing it up within a few minutes, your body is still going to absorb some of the calories. You'll also cause significant damage to your esophagus and teeth over time.

It's okay to give yourself a break and have junk food once in a while- if you're letting yourself have something sweet say, once or twice a week, you won't feel the need to eat as much of it as possible when you do give in. You could always just do a bit more exercise the day after you have something junky. It's really not that horrible to indulge occasionally.

Don't. The acid in the vomit would eat away at your esophagus first off. "Purging" is a horrible idea. For the most part I eat very healthy but I like to snack now and again. The best thing to do if you eat a piece of cake or something is to just burn of the extra calories the next time you work out. Also try eating healthier snacks. Yogurt, fruit, and rice cakes are some tasty snacks that are decent for you.

Well you should consider some tasty healthy food. Like... Grilled meat (any kind) is still healthy food, but also tastes good, and you won't get fat of it. Also home-baked sweets and deserts are some kinda healthier, but you must use natural groceries. Then you shouldn't even want to eat junk food, so your question is answered.

This is very concerning behavior. Throwing up food because you think it'll make you fat is a symptom of bulimia, a serious psychological disorder. I think you should have yourself evaluated by a psychiatrist or psychologist, for your own health.

Yes that is Bulimia to make yourself throw up after eating anything whether it is right away or later. You need to talk to someone about this.

OF COURSE it would be a bad idea.
Dont eat it in the first place if you dont want it there...
It does bad things to you.
And its addicting and can RUN YOUR LIFE.
Dont make a stupid decision about this.

My cousin was belimic.
And now shes not here...

It could become a deadly habit. Do not do this to yourself. My daughter had a very severe eating disorder and it caused damage to her teeth , stomach and throat. Better to gain a few pounds than destroy your body.

it's bad ultimately. But remember, beauty isn't free and there is a price. That being said, if you want the perfect body then one word, Bulimia baby!
