Exercise is for every one, young and old!

According to studies, a baby as young as 2 years old can already start to exercise and benefit from it......

My cardio routine ( and I think any cardio routine) starts off with a 5-minute warm up, followed by at least 30 minutes of non-stop fast-pace walking, moderate intensity biking or dancing and finish off with a 5-minute cool down.

I change up walking, biking and dancing every week - 1 week I walk; another week I bike and then the following week I dance.

The purpose is to create variety so that I'm not easily bored and to offer more challenge to my muscle, so that they aren't easily "immuned" to the exercise routine that causes them not to produce results......

A Warm-up---Start each workout with 5 to 10 minutes of stretching and light exercise. A proper warm-up increases your body temperature, heart rate and circulation in preparation for exercise. I use the treadmill for my Cardio exercise, take it slow at first and yes it OK for a 13 year old to exercise with an adult supervision, good luck.

i think of for you want to do shorter intervals. I did HIIT for a mutually as and that i replaced into doing 30 2d sprints accompanied by potential of ninety 2d walks. blend up your cardio, do the treadmill, do the motorbike device, do the elliptical, swim, play a activity, bounce rope, etc. the belief is to maintain doing distinctive workouts so your physique would not adapt which will make your workouts much less effectual.
