Well, this is what i've eaten so far:
7:30am-Shreddies with skimmed milk
10:30am-An apple
12:30pm-Nachos with cheese, jalapenos an tomato-bean sauce (600kcal approx.)
What I plan to eat:
3:30pm-an apple
6:30pm-A sandwich with spinach (cooked in oil unfortunately) on white bread (no brown left)

What shall I do as I desperately need to lose stomach fat?
Yesterday I slipped up too with a double-chocolate chip cookie.
Also, how can I lose 400 calories ASAP today? How long would it take?
Help please. How do I restrict myself?
Thanks

Sweetie, you should read a book on diet or nutrition. Think whole grains, lean meat or fish, fresh vegetables and fruit, and low-fat dairy. Plan your meals in advance, and make sure you have the ingredients on hand. Do what prep you can in advance so you don't have an excuse to "cheat."
Try the "Lean Cuisine" type frozen diet meals. The portions are controlled, and the work is all done for you, just heat and eat. Pair that with a leafy green salad, and you have a great meal! Don't cook anything in oil! You can use some cooking spray if you need to pan-cook something, like eggs. Eggs keep you really full for a long time.
Build some low-cal snacks into your meal plan, so you don't slip up. If you do, just forgive yourself and move on.
Take a multi-vitamin, make sure you're getting at least 8 glasses of water (before you eat drink a full glass, you'll eat less), and exercise. Write down everything you eat in a journal, before you eat it. Keeps you accountable, and makes you think about what you're eating.
You can't "lose" 400 calories. You can subtract 400 calories from your daily total to make up for it, or burn it off with exercise. You shouldn't go below 1200 calories a day, 1,000 is the absolute minimum. Any less than that, and your body will go into starvation mode, making it nearly impossible to lose anything.
Good luck!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

first of all you blew the diet. put it behind you and get back with it. there is no way of losing weight really fast that will be healthy. if you lose to fast you will gain it all back and then some. try to average 2 lbs a week and just eat sensible. lots of fresh fruits and veggies! you dont have to eat meat either. lay off the junk food but every now and then its fine to have that cookie or cake. just dont do it everyday! take a nice long walk a few days a week or daily if you want to. drink water to. you will soon begin losing it!! good luck!! p.s dont worry about losing those 400 calories! just eat sensibly.

Step 1) Quit stressing.
Step 2) Eat small meals at a time. Yes you will eat more often but it is all about moderation.
Step 3) Relax. Stress will cause your metablism to slow down. Figure out what you enjoy doing and HAVE FUN. The pounds will be gone before you know it.

Try drinking alot of water. This will amke you feel full. To lose 400 calories you will need to take about a brisk one hour walk or ride a stationary bike for about 30 minutes at a quick pace.

Go run around the block a few times. What you have listed is not that much if you are active. And if it's specific to stomach fat, you should do sit-ups or ride a bike.
