I'm on a diet right now I only eat ; Chicken(grilled or baked), Fish, Turkey, and green vegetables. I also exercised regularly and drank alot of water. I lost 10 lbs. in 2 weeks. Also this diet was given to me by my doctor so its safe. And don't listen to that no carb crap you need carbs(that is what turns into calories and gives you energy). And occasioanly have 1 slice of bread/toast so you don't deprive your self of carbs.

honey don't worry about what foods to eat. Just add up the calories you consume each day and make sure they are less than you use.
So if you eat fatty foods you have to eat much less and exercise stacks more.
If you eat low calorie stuff like steak, vegies and fruit you don't have to exercise as much
the choice is yours. You can sculpture your body either way

You want to stimulate your metabolism. Exercise more than dieting will do this. Trust me. I know. If you want to "diet", then you need to make sure you get enough fat and protein in your diet to stave off "cravings". It also helps to drink plenty of fluids. Many times we think we are hungry..when really....we are just thirsty.
Good luck. Losing weight is not easy.

Eat salads, fish, chicken, lots of raw vegetables!! Lots of water too. No carbs, no junk food.

eat six meals a day, skip the MC D's, and go for meats such as chicken, turkey and even some fishes with a side of salad. (no cold cuts)
