I'm 19 years old and last year I lost 65 lbs setting me at probably a normal weight of 184. I want to loose a little bit more, because I still have little love handles and some fat around my stomach. I also want to do toning. Any suggestions for work for workout plans that I can do at the gym? Swimming, pilates, etc.?

Weight lifting every other day, and Cardio can be done 6 days a week. Eat healthy, and drink lots of water. You can't go wrong.
