How tall are you and how much do you weigh? And how old are you? 10-15 lbs is a lot, and you say you aren't overweight. Exercising is always good, and so is eating right.

The average SAFE goal is about 1-2 lbs a week. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but it is the best goal to have to lose weight AND keep the weight off. I am interested in knowing your height, weight AND age. Keep with the crunches and ab exercises if your goal is a flatter stomach also. You WILL see results, just keep at it!

Having the "few pounds lighter" concept in your head can get you carried away sometimes too. Just eat right, exercise moderately, and be happy with yourself!

There is no fast and safe way. You need to exercise more and eat fewer carbs (starches), fried foods and sweets. You may not be working out properly--have someone work with you on that. Yoga and pilates will do a better job than working out, frankly.

You might be gaining muscle, which will add weight but lose inches. It's not all about the weight!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

There is no fast way to lose weight because you'll just end up gaining it all back anyway. Losing weight slowly is the only way to lose & keep it off. Make sure your weight loss goal is sensible. Eat healthy, (very few carbs) exercise, & drink lots of water daily. Stay focused & determined to lose & you'll do just fine.

If you lose weight fast, you gain it back quickly when you stop dieting. Best way to lose is to count calories and do a little exercise. This works...might start out slow, but in the long run, you're better off doing it this way.
