Im a 15 year old male about 5'5 and weigh around 110 lb with a body fat % of 12.5

I was wondering what i could do to achieve getting a six pack .
At the moment i have some sort of abs but mostly the top 2 and very distinctly the middle 2 but at the bottom of my stomach i do not have no distinct muscles.

I do not really have a fixed work out plan i just do it when i am bored or want to just get a six pack.

I like to eat crisps and have been told they are very bad if you eat too many i have around 3 - 4 packs a day but it does not too be affecting me.

I am very sporty and fit and also play for a football team and play tennis also like to jog.

Getting in the gym is very difficult as i am only 15 and the age limit is 16 or 17 so i will have to wail for upper class training.

crunches and sit-ups are a good thing to start with, but also you may need to lose some of the weight around your abs for the muscles to show.

If you can, go to the gym, but for home workouts, try sit ups, crunches, and push up, also try push up with feet on the bed
