Im a 15 year old male about 5'5 and weigh around 110 lb with a body fat % of 12.5
I was wondering what i could do to achieve getting a six pack .
At the moment i have some sort of abs but mostly the top 2 and very distinctly the middle 2 but at the bottom of my stomach i do not have no distinct muscles.
I do not really have a fixed work out plan i just do it when i am bored or want to just get a six pack.
I like to eat crisps and have been told they are very bad if you eat too many i have around 3 - 4 packs a day but it does not too be affecting me.
I am very sporty and fit and also play for a football team and play tennis also like to jog.
Getting in the gym is very difficult as i am only 15 and the age limit is 16 or 17 so i will have to wail for upper class training.
