I am a 24 year old female. I am overweight but I am working on losing it. I have been to a nutritionist and she gave me a food plan that worked wonderfully. I also go to the gym everyday and sometimes twice a day. After loosing 50 pounds I have now started to rapidly gain weight and I dont know why. I am following my food and exercise plan still and the fitness director and nutritenist have tried adjuting it but nothing is helping. I have allready called my medical doctor but I could not get an appointment for another week. What could be cauing this and has anyone else had this problem. I am very worried that I have a medical problem because there is a history of diabetis in my family. Could having low iron cause weight gain. My other symptoms include extrmem acne (never had this problem before), fatigue, breathing problems (could be caused by bronchitis), pale skin, and dry skin. SOrry for this being so long but I am concerned! Please help.

I weighed myself today and found out I was 9 stone 2lbs (128lbs). I was surprised because that means I've gained 9lbs sonce the last time I weighed myself, about a month ago. I went onto a few websites and apparently I'm overweight. Woudl it be safe for someone my age to go on a diet?

OK Im looking weight and I think I may be loosing it to o fast. What is a good way to tighten up the loose skin? I know that this is a gross question but I dont have the money for surgery, so please dont say surgery. Ive already thought of that.

my husband is 24 and is a body builder... he works out 5 or more days a week and eats very lean/health, lots of protein and vitamins ( NO steroids ) he is about 6ft and weighs about 220 if that helps at all. he does have a son that is 5 but my husbands body has changed alot since then... like the way he eats and works out. FOR THE QUESTION... i was just wondering if all that working out could have anything to do with his fertility?

I drnik creatine drink after i work out. i dont ever drink a whey protein shake or drink though because i normally eat anywhere from 65-130 grams of protein a day. if i start doing the protein drink WITH the creatine would that hurt? i know i can use them together, but with all the protein i eat in a day PLUS the protein shake, is that too much protein? will that just make me gain fat?

Breakfast: 1 package of sugar free oatmeal made with water.
Lunch: 1 cup mixed baby greens (spinach, romaine lettuce, etc) with 1 tsp each of olive oil and vinegar.
Dinner: 1/2 cup light cottage cheese with 1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple chunks.
Lots of water throughout the day.

can i know how i can grow fatter the healthier way? ive tried eating more chocs and supper, but all it does is add a bit of fats at my abdomen,which really doesnt help. i dun wna turn into a barrel! haha.eating a more balanced diet doesnt help too.i really need some weight, im like skin and bones. thanks!

ive gained some weight recently and i know i have to get back to shape, but i can never get to just excercise. i'm always saying things like "okay, excercising tomorrow for sure" but it never happens because i get to lazy the next day! i want to excercise, but the thought of "struggling" and killing myself on a treadmill makes me not want too...
