Hi, I was wondering where I can find weighted aerobic gloves

I am not sure about those but try sporting good super stores or even martial arts equipment stores. I bought mine online. I know you don't want an online store but I got mine at www.beachbody.com.

Your link would not load for me, but I'm assuming you want weight on each arm as you work out.
I usually grab a can of green beans in each hand. I also have some plastic gallon jugs with loop on the top to hold and I add water to adjust the weight Absolutely no cost and easy to find.
