OK Im looking weight and I think I may be loosing it to o fast. What is a good way to tighten up the loose skin? I know that this is a gross question but I dont have the money for surgery, so please dont say surgery. Ive already thought of that.

sorry but there's no way to tighten up skin through exercise, it's like a plastic shopping bag, once it's stretched out it won't rebound into it's original state, although it does have a limited ammount of elasticity. Much of this depends on how quickly you put on the weight, how long it was there, and mostly your age.

You do have a good point though, losing the weight too quickly will only make the problem worse because your skin won't have time to adapt to the changing form underneath (causing stretch marks).

I'm sorry but there's no fix for this, just lose the weight as slowly as you can and when your done if your still not happy consider surgery again.

tighting loose skin..
get a broom handle and put it behind your head and hold with hands ya know. and lay off of something and bring your self up and touch the ends of the broom or bar to your knees. its amazing. 15 mins a day. if your looose skin is in the stomach area
