can i know how i can grow fatter the healthier way? ive tried eating more chocs and supper, but all it does is add a bit of fats at my abdomen,which really doesnt help. i dun wna turn into a barrel! haha.eating a more balanced diet doesnt help too.i really need some weight, im like skin and bones. thanks!

calories in and calories out. Take in more calorie than you spend and your body stores them as fat. Even though everyone looks better with a little fat padding you don't want to store a lot of fat. You should concentrate on a good healthy diet and build a strong bone structure and muscle mass. (and remember your heart and lungs are part of your muscle mass) Some people are just thinner than others. If you are healthy ,...love who you are. And there are a lot of fat people out there with the reverse problem and they ARE NOT HEALTHY.

Fruits and veggies are first for healthy, then comes some nice grains and nuts.
Limited meats, your body does not need meat and it causes lots of health problems.
Dairy does not digest in the human body but it is great for baby cows who have the proper enzymes to digest it.
Any thing fried is not good for you but can add some extra calories.
Fast foods are extremely unhealthy. Many will not even rot when given the chance. So be careful. Most burgers for instance have unhealthy breads, meat that is almost plastic, some secret sauces that are all chemicals, a wilted piece of greasy tomato and something pretending to be lettuce. Put one on the shelf and wait 60 days and see what it looks like. It should be rotted and eatten by bugs, but you will be surprised when that does not happen.
Pastas are the dreaded NO NO for most people but for you enjoy.
Be careful with sweets, even though they have lots of calories, there is no nutrition that you need and those sugars will shut down you immune systems for hours. (one soda and 1 cookies can shut down your immune systems for up to 6 hours)
And no one should be drinking all the nasty sodas. They actually remove bone structure. And the diet sodas are even worse.

Be careful about taking extra protein supplements. They are not good for you and tax your liver beyond healthy. You get all the protein and usable protein from your veggies that you need. You body does not process meat protein properly and is linked to many diseases.

And remember that your hormones do control some of your body structure and since you didn't give an age, I could use your age as part of the problem. Assuming you are between 16 and 20 your structure will mature as you age.

I would just say don't stick with balanced meals and eat what you want. That's what i do and I'm fine.
Eat and eat until your full and eat a little of everything.

But don't worry, if you have self control, you'll know when to stop.

Don't try to get fat. Get Wirey(Skinny but toned). Eat larger amounts of food(Not junk food), and after you eat lift weights.Lift every 2 days(To let your muscles heal and grow)...Girls pefer a skinny toned guy to a flabby medium sized guy anyday, i know(i was in ur spot at one time).
