I am 12 years old and am 5'1 and weigh 121- 125 pounds, I used to weigh 138 pounds, and lost all this weight about 4 months ago.
since i go to school i have no time to excercise and no way to do so since I can't go running by myself since it's so cold,, AND so now i need a diet plan so I can continue losing weight or at least stay my normal wight.. ANY suggestions or advise ??? thanx soo much!!

you can do pilates. thats basically floor stretching. I do pilates almost everyday, while im watching tv.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

drink nothing but grapefruit juice and water and eat crackers and vegetables, salads, and no bread whatsoever.. My mom lost over 30 pounds in like 2 months by doing that. I'm happy she looks normal.

as long as you burn just as many calories as you consume,you should remain at the weight you currently are,which i recommend..and we burn calories doing everything from sitting down to excersising..try dancing to music for about 30 mins..its close enough to excersise plus its fun..good luck!
