Just eat alot of vegetables plus concentrate really hard and imagine yourself with a tail. It works lol.
Mine looks like a long ebony cat tail! :D meeeeeeow!

I don't think we can grow tails. But you may be able to have a cat's tail surgically attached to you. All you need is a doctor to do the procedure and a cat tail donor.
Why do you want a tail anyways? Other than using your tail to wipe your butt or something sexual, I really don't know what else it could be good for.

I do to!!!!!!!!! i've got constantly wanted a fox tail to be swaying at the back of me interior the wind... purely think of it... OH, yeah and in case you ought to fly, it could be much greater advantageous!!!!!!!!!!!!
