I am trying to stay under 140 calories for snacks. I've been eating slim fast snacks, nutri-grain bars, apples, and nuts, but I'm getting so sick of those. Any other ideas so I can stay on track.

-1/2 cup fat free yogurt with 2 tbsp. granola sprinkled on top
145 calories (make it with Splenda sweetened yogurt and it's only 105 calories)

-1/2 cup mixed berries with 2 tbsp. light cool whip
80 calories

-6 soda crackers with any one of the following toppings:
-2 tbsp. liverwurst
-1 tbsp. peaut butter
-1 tbsp. salsa and 1 low fat cheese slice, melted
-2 oz. light meat chicken or turkey and some mustard
120-180 calories, depending on what you choose

-Smoothie made from 1/2 cup fat free yogurt, 1/2 cup berries, some ice, and some Splenda
140 calories

-100 calorie snack packs. They're not really that healthy, but they're a good low fat low calorie treat every once in a while

-Fruit To Go bars
50 calories

-Buy some frozen fruit such as mango that you can't have during the winter as a break from the old apples and oranges

-10 small shrimp, 1 cup lettuce and 1 tbsp. caesar dressing
105 calories

-Instant flavored oatmeal
120-180 calores, it depends on the flavor

Good luck!

Baby carrots, cut up fruit or apples, pears, raisins, cut up celery. There is also one serving cans of fruit packed in water or lite syrup that have pull tabs. If there is a microwave where you are going take some reduced calorie pop corn.

Do some prep and buy some dishes with lids. There are also snack size glad bags and you can slip in a single portion of pretzels or crackers especially the stoneground water crackers or matza crackers.

You should try those 100 Calorie Packs. They have every kind imaginable. Also, Special K bars are really good (especially the strawberry kind) and are only 90 calories. Frozen grapes are also good and don't get mushy during the day because they are frozen.

Bananas, if you have access to garbage cans. Or maybe some of those protein-shakes in a can, or pretzels. When I worked at a camp ground, I would often get a bag of Combos with cheese or peanut butter for a quick boost.
