Have you tried non fat flavored creams? They have different flavors, and they make your coffee taste really good. You don't need sugar when using these.

Well, if you really like tea, you don't have to stop taking them .You just have to know which type to choose.
Green tea is the least processed tea.The more processing tea leaves undergo, the darker they will turn. They are simply steamed quickly. Black and red teas are partially dried, crushed and fermented.
According to the American Dietetic Association, a cup of tea contains an average of 40mg of caffeine, compared to 85mg as found in a cup of freshly brewed coffee.

So, if you really like tea, you musn't stop taking it.just add little or no sugar, and make it green.

I found out I didn't want to quit coffee so I just quit putting sugar in it. I got used to it real quick but I still have to have my coffee mate in it. I still drink sugared tea but rarely.

There is always milk, or sugar free drinks, or do as I did, give up sugar in your tea, or coffee. Good luck.
