Your body has several ways of keeping itself clean.

Lungs-Everytime you exhale. Respiratory system.

Sinus-Everytiime you sneeze or blow your nose. Respiratory system

Bowels-Every bowel movement is a cleansing of the digestion system.

Urine-This is a cleansing of your blood.

Sweat-This is a cleansing of the biggest organ you have.

Using something to stimulate your bowels causes your bowels to eventually depend on getting that substance. Your body literally becomes addicted to laxatives and softeners.

Do you really want to do this to your body?

You don't need to.

Expensive bowel cleaning preparations are not necessary.
I even went as far as having a colonic...a colonic irrigation....at the cost of $75 cash.
It was kind of a waste of money.
From experience, I can tell you that a $4 bottle of bicarbonate of soda, lemon lime flavor, from the drugstore is just as good.
Drink a bottle of that once a week and you will flush out at low cost.
Coffee enemas may also be "up your alley." Just make some coffee, let it cool, and perform the enema with it instead of plain water. The coffee stimulates the bowels for a more complete movement.
