i am addicted to junk food any ways to stop my addiction of junk food please i really wanna loose weigth in 2008

Just try and replace most of the junk food for things like carrots, apples, celery or yogurt. This will help you cut out the junk or some of it anyway. The more you eat healthier, you will get use to it. And if you are buying healthier foods, you are not going to want to just throw them out because that's throwing away money. You have no choice but to eat them if you buy them.

I am in the same boat as you. I am going to try to cut out all my junk food. They say if you can go at least 7 - 10 days the cravings stop. I am keeping nothing in the house that is junk food. I am taking no money with me when I leave the house, that way I can't buy any junk food. I am going to chew gum, brush my teeth a lot, use mouthwash. Read Dr. Phil's book. Good luck!

Throw them all out right now, or take them to a food bank, give them away to neighbors etc. Then go to the grocery store and stock up on healthy foods, fruits, vegetables, etc. Don't even go to the aisle where there is junk food (which is hard since stores will display junk food like it is a good thing).
When you get a craving for junk food reach for carrots, apples or popcorn.
