Im trying out for this fitness club and I need to know the best way to increase how long your able to run for!

get ankle weights and run 1/2 mile or more everyday. it helpped me

of course just running and increasing mileage but also getting a good meal the night before mainly carbs bananas are also great before and after the run
a lot of running is aslo mental so keep your thoughts positive!

HIIT has been proven to increase your vo2max I'd suggest each day switch off from HIIT and long distance runs, with a day break in the week. Eat complex carbs before runs.

Build stamina by training. Each day increase how far you go, and do speed intervals.

if you run with ankle weights it will build up your endurance and stamina, then when you run without them you should be able to run faster and longer. also swimming laps will help you to be able to run faster and longer.

just keep running and training at high intensity
