im doing it the healthy way, it took me 6 months to lose the 20lbs and all ive been doing is eating 1200 calories and walking an hour everyday. i even eat out every once in awhile.

ok, i dont walk every single day but the majority of time i do, i would have lost more if i walked every single day probably.

I've never even tried until just recently and I've managed to drop 15 lbs. since November. My goal is about 75 more.

Additional: I'm also walking an hour a day and cutting down on my portions, but I don't know precisely what my caloric intake is. I do know that not eating anything after having a sensible supper in the early evening has made a big difference.

I lost 30 lbs. while going through a divorce-
Here's how: *** not recommended
I was in college at the time- I had two children and a bi-polar spouse -was a real pain to deal with-literally
I left due to abusive/ life threatining circumstances
Stress over money, and trying to rebuild my life was so overwhelming that I physically had no desire to eat.
When I was hungry- I had very little to eat (I ate hot dogs for a week once- ask my daughter-she hates hot dogs to this day).
When I graduated from college, I was a whopping 110lbs-5'4"
-I looked anorexic
TA DAH
***I did recover LOL***

I lost 30 lbs once, but just cutting down on fat. Less grease in foods and like that. I ate candy and regular stuff, just less fat.

60 lbs -- kept it off too instead of starving myself (for five years now) -- if you starve, you'll gain the weight back PLUS SOME....took me years to figure that one out!!! How stupid was I?????
