You already have abs and biceps. Everyone does. They may be covered with fat, but they're still there.

Cardio exercise will help you burn fat, thus making your muscles more visible.

-for the answer before mine, pushups are mostly for the pecs (chest muscles)

If you want stronger biceps, do dumbbell curls
If you want stronger abs, do crunches and other similar exercises that can be found on bodybuilding websites (don't worry, www.bodybuilding. com is not just for men, and you won't get bulky by doing the exercises found there)

hope this helps

Do crunches for the abs. Situps are the full range of motion, crunches is lifting to make your shoulders leave the ground while keeping head facing up. Crunches gocus purely abs, situps use other things and can cause back damage in the lower back which will hurt you later. For biceps do pushups or curls with dumbells. The crunches can be performed everyday, but the curls or pushups should only be done every other day to give the muscles time to repair. Also for the abs you might want to do light cardiovascular exercise to remove any excess fat you might have. Good luck!
