ok, on WW online, where u look up food, i looked up subway, and it confused me. it will have a 6-inch roast beef sub and say 5 points. then later down the list it will have points for bread, condiments, cheese and other stuff. my question is does the roast beef sub worth 5 points already include wheat bread and veggies or is that stuff extra points? please no smart *** jerk off answers.

I am 16 years old, 5'7, 160 lbs, a size 8 and I wear a 36B. I have been a swimmer since I was 7 and have been swimming for 1-2 hours a day since then. I try doing a lot of crunches but I can't get my belly pooch to go away. I try to eat well and my parents are both average sized.

ok i can not be anorexic i like most foods and i deffinately dont think i am fat. i am 5'4' and 3/4 of an inch and i weigh 95 lbs. i recenlty lost 20 lbs by dieting and exercising. however i eat normally now. i am actually trying to gain a couple pounds. i have the annorexic symptoms thought, i constatly feel cold, i have gurling gas problems in my stomach, my hair seems to be falling out, i have creaking joints, i havent had my period in 4 months. what could i be suffering from? please help me! i am going to the doctor soon. i am also 15 years old.

I'm 14 years old and I weigh 140 lbs. I'm active in dance for 4 hours and week and cheerleading 8 hours a week. I have very heavy thighs and a big butt. I want to know what I can do to make my thighs smaller or at least toned. I want to have a diet plan to follow because otherwise I eat poorly. I am in school and I do not have the choice to eat anytime so eating 5 small meals a day wont work for me. I want to lose wight to and I dont think I need to exercise any more but what can I do to lose weight and what I think I would need something low-fat but I don't know what I should do. i want to gain more muscele in my arm, but not TOO much where i look like a man, because i AM a girl haha.

I really want to start drinking more water. I drink maybe 1-2 bottles a day, and that's it. I would like to get it up to about 7 a day. The only thing is, I'm constantly busy. I'm running everywhere all day. My schedule would allow for extra "potty" breaks either, so I'm at a loss. What are some ways to fit in drinking more water? Are there certain times of the day when your body needs more water than normal?

I'm 5'7" and currently at 270lbs. At my heaviest about 2 years ago i was around 350... I'm a mother of two and have finally hit rock bottom and realize i need to make changes in my life and take charge of my emotions and change my food/eating habits and lifestyle. However because of my weight i am very low self confidence- especially when going to the gym comes up. Don't get me wrong- i love to exercise now and realize how great i feel after (it beats comfort from food anyday) however i want to start going to the gym (probably like the YMCA here) but i am SCARED TO DEATH to even go. It would be my worst fear come true. I wouldn't even know what to do when I walked in. Any advice and encrougement? happy new year and thanks!

In a day I usually eat this -

Breakfast: Two Weetabix with semi-skimmed milk, or a small bowl of porridge or on rare occasions scrambled egg (two eggs, no butter).

Snack: Clementine, Satsuma or Banana

Lunch: Bowl of cream of tomato or chicken soup with a slice of wholegrain toast, or scrambled egg

Snack: Wholegrain cracker or two

Evening meal: Usually a Pasta (white) dish - Lasagne or Chicken Pasta bake - shop packaged portion. Sometimes with peas/carrots.

Dessert: Apple or Banana.

I drink decaffeinated tea.

I'm in my ideal weight range but my belly still looks a bit portruding and untoned. I'm now trying to tone up and do cardio. Could my diet be hindering my progress?
