You are having those symptoms because you are underweight. I also had those symptoms, and I was extremely underweight. My doctor diagnosed me as hyperthyroid and anorexic. I would consult your physician. They may instruct you to gain weight in a healthy manner, so that those symptoms will go away. They may also want to check your thyroid levels, to make sure that you do not have a thyroid imbalance. That requires medication to regulate the level of thyroid hormone, if there is in fact an imbalance.

Edit: It is great that you eat healthy, you take vitamins, and you allow yourself to indulge in the things you enjoy eating. There is nothing wrong with that. You may just need to eat more of the healthy foods you enjoy. Doing this should help you to reach a healthier weight and the symptoms you described should disappear. Of course, I do recommend speaking with your doctor as well.

Best wishes and take care!

You're obviously not anorexic because you don't aim to lose any more weight and don't think your fat, but as others have said, you have these symptoms because your very underweight. Go see the doctor now! :)
Good luck! x

You have a lot of nutrition deficiency meaning you lack nutrition in your body that explains your hair falling out. If something isn’t done this could be life threatening and cause a lot of skin diseases due to vitamin deficiency. What I recommend you do is get a multi-vitamin supplement and ensure milk meal replacement it is very high in nutrients and will get your weight up a little bit maybe 5 – 10 lbs at the most very quickly. Eat more meals during the day which includes vegetables, meats, and breads. Talk to your primary care physician or a doctor about maintaining a healthy lifestyle without getting the signs of anorexic. Right now get a vitamin supplement like A to Zinc is good and “Ensure Milk” it’s very good and nutritious for you. Good Luck in doing these things you’ll be back to perfect health.

You still have those symptoms because you're very underweight....whether you're anorexic or not. When you gain weight, they'll go away. That's good that you're going to a doctor soon. Sounds like you need to.

Yea, you should go to a doctor as soon as possible. It is possible that the diet you were on was actually hurting your body without knowing it? Just eat normally and go to the doctor.
