It is possible, don't eat any junk foods, sugars, soft drinks, pasta, fried foods. Instead eat healthy foods, vegetable, fruits and drink 64 fluid ounces of water per day, exercise, walking. Eating six small healthy meals will help you from being hungry.
When you are hungry in between meals grab a few baby carrots or apple.
Good luck it is hard but you can do it.

everybody is different ( i know, i hate the cliche too) but for me, i can drop (and gain!) weight really fast. the key is consistency - doesn't matter if you walk, run, swim or lift weights, as long as you are consistent with 3-5 times a week for however long you decide your exercise session will last. you can do it! the hardest part is getting up to do it - best of luck!!!

Depends on how much you're overweight.

But generally, yes, it's possible but you have to do it properly. Don't hurry into it.
