crunches will not do it no matter how many you do. Crunches will only exercise you middle abs and not the lower or upper. In many cases it can make you look even more "chubbier" because it adds tons of muscle. What you need is a FULL ab routine. Doing one can take up to an hour every day. Its hard but it works your side, middle, lower, and upper abs. On top of that, you need to be doing aerobic exercises and eating healthy. You need to be losing weight while gaining muscle.

I would suggest an ab routine but mine was put together from several different people in college who did them. So mine is my own and I dont have any idea how to put it into words, lol.

Good luck! ;)

You need to strengthen your back muscles and also your abs.
There are a lot of exercises you can do for this and I'm sure you can google for that. Also, when I drive, I try to tuck in my tummy for the duration of the drive. It's hard at first, but will come naturally to you over time.
Hope this helps. Take care.

You should be doing lots of cardio workouts (such as running, swimming, biking, etc, etc, etc.) to burn the fat off your stomach area.

Well if you've had children, you will never be able to get rid of it except by surgery.
If you haven't had kids, any aerobic activity and low fat diet will do it.
