So long as you are not allergic to them, a handful of nuts and some fruit juice works or a square of dark chocolate and some milk. Good sources of protein keep you going longer.

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results when you work hard. Get a passing up rope, skip for two moments, do push ups for 60 seconds or so, skip for two minutes, rest first minute. Then change the push as much as something else like sit ups along with do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a fast, effective workout that will get better results than a long work or swim.

Try eating carrots. Being very hard and dense they take a long time to digest. Also try Fybrogel. You can buy this at a chemist and taken with water it swells up inside your stomach. As a bonus, on the way through, it cleans out your gut.

Don't do that, you will get dehydrated. Eat some fruit and drink a large glass of water... even if you don't feel full straight away after 1/2 hour or so you will feel satisfied. It is actually healthier to eat frequent small snacks. Also, be aware that thirst can sometimes be mistaken for hunger, so drinking a large glass of water can help.

Cup of black coffee or ginger tea. Ginger tea is especially good because it settles your stomach as well as cutting hunger.
