ok im 17 male 5 10" or 11" and i weigh 262.2lbs and want to lose the gut and thigh area

you need structure in your eating habits. try eating only 2 times a day.

Fat is the accumulation of surpluss. Think of it as a bank account. If you put more in than you take out, it piles up. You need to stop putting things in your mouth, get up and burn off some energy.

"Diet" is not the answer. If you were really hungry a crust of dry bread tastes really good. You need to stop eating for a day or two until the body realizes it's not going to get any food for a while; 100,000 years of hunter-gatherer has made the body comfortable with, once it realizes it isn't going to get 3 squares in a day, it adapts; being a little hungry doesn't hurt and you will not die.

Humans have an animal and spiritual dual nature. Even animals don't get fat in their natural environment. You eat for distraction. Distraction from conscience.

Drink lots of water. It will flush your system and make you feel full. Have a glass before a meal, you will eat less. Eat lots of protein.

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your
meals.

Breakfast oatmeal and a fruit or a breakfast bar and water.


Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Try this for 6 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

P.S.
American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.
Good taste and goes down smoothly.
Been taking it for 5 yrs now.

Don't think of it as a diet but as a lifestyle change. Just commit to eating healthy foods instead of committing to a particular diet. Include regular exercise and healthy living and you're set!!

slim fast works pretty good, but you might want to try to get to the gym and go to a trainer and nutritionalist if you want a long lasting diet, they can help you by giving you the right tools and get you in good shape

Cut out the fast food, white breads, simple carbs.
Exercise more, and drink water
Just walking on a treadmill( or outside) will lose the gut and trim the legs
