I'm 14 years old and I weigh 140 lbs. I'm active in dance for 4 hours and week and cheerleading 8 hours a week. I have very heavy thighs and a big butt. I want to know what I can do to make my thighs smaller or at least toned. I want to have a diet plan to follow because otherwise I eat poorly. I am in school and I do not have the choice to eat anytime so eating 5 small meals a day wont work for me. I want to lose wight to and I dont think I need to exercise any more but what can I do to lose weight and what I think I would need something low-fat but I don't know what I should do. Help me please.

The biggest effect would probably be constant water. Your doing enough exercise and you know its not that, but just watch your calorie intake. Their are plenty of exercises directed just towrad the butt and thigh areas. Pilaties isreally good on this. Not that you need the exercise but perhaps it will help to do 10 each morning. Its not the exercise that is important becaus eyou have that its the centralize the exercise you have. Schools are horrible for staying fit because you spend so much time exercising your brain and not your body.

Nothing burns fat like running.
And....try filling up on lo-fat things like veggies, especially peppers, lettuce, celery, before you eat dinner so you will naturally eat less. I think if you always eat a lot of veggies and drink tomato juice before your meal, it helps you feel full faster. Try to be as HEALTHY and FIT as you can, and the weight will take care of itself.
Good luck!

hun, being in school is not an excuse to eating unhealthy.

Maybe ask your parents to try some of these recepies, or try them yourself!http://uuhsc.utah.edu/pated/handouts/handout.cfm?id=853

Or try a smoothie for breakfast.

Eating healthy is important, so try to eat protien, veggies, and fruit every day!

Normally someone with heavy thigh area eats too much cheese. So if I were you I'd cut cheese out of my diet, you can eat yogurt for calcium instead, but not too much, because it's really dairy that sticks to your hips and thighs. Even though you are in school you can still do the small portions a day, you eat breakfast, do lunch, you can bring a small snack for in between classes, also there is after school, dinner and maybe something light after or before dinner. I mean most schools have at least 4 to 5 minutes in between classes, I am sure you can eat 3 baby carrots in between classes.
Good luck
