Who is 'they' and why would they tell you to drink something artificial and sugary?

Have a meal with lots of fibre and protein. Salads with shrimp or tofu; a tuna sandwich on brown bread with mustard, salad dressing, or a tiny bit of lowfat mayo; turkey or hummus on ryvita high-fibre snackbreads; turkey sandwich on brown bread; veggies dipped in hummus; shrimp or crab dipped in seafood sauce. Have it with coffee, tea, or broth, and you'll be full for hours.

There are lots of foods that are low calorie and filling.

Hunger is caused by many things. Therefore many different things might help in controlling it. Try drinking two glasses of water. Another time try walking around a bit. Another time try a few deep breaths. If it is real hunger (low blood sugar) sitting really still will let your liver mobilize some energy. Get to know your body. You will have it all your life.

ive tried it... pretty much bs... plus it tastes pretty bad
