ive been trying to cook my own food any ideas of some good helthy recipies? i also love to try new things got any ideas??

just eat the stuff that taste good lots of fruits and vegetables whole wheat, whole grains and lot's of nuts, except peanuts peanut are not a healthy nut. don't eat anything that taste yucky!! such as meat or dairy. http://www.notmilk.com

I don't have specific recipes for you but I have a tip for you.
If you're trying to eat healthy, eat tons of vegetables, don't exclude meat/chicken/fish from your diet, don't use too much oil, use fresh produces while cooking (not frozen, canned, etc.), and do what feels right(=

i have toasted wheat bread with peanut butter (no sugar) and avacado spread on top every morning that I can...it's also very good for you.... you might want to try the healthy cooking download or cd from independentachievement.com

a book called the three hour diet by jorge cruiz. it isn't a diet book but a better and healthier way to eat and it has lots of recipes.
