Exercise is best done in the morning before any food is consumed. This will maximize results and give you energy for the day, while continually raising your metabolism. Also some tips on exercising and dieting.

Drinking cold water burns calories because your body will spend energy trying to heat up the water.

Building lean muscle also helps burn calories. The more lean muscle you have, the more calories you burn just sitting there.

Cardio is the best way to burn fat. You should try and fit in at least 30 minutes of cardio a day.

Cardio is best done after exercising.

Hope this information helps!

Have a blessed day

Any time is an excellent time to exersize. Your body could care less what time it is except it wants you to stay active.
I walk 10 minutes at lunch, 20 minutes after work and I try to keep moving all day long.

Cardio is always best on an empty stomach. So what you're doing in the morning is great. What you're doing after dinner is simply burning off the food, not the fat on your body.

You'd be best to up your cardio time in the mornings before breakfast (and do so gradually) and leave it at that for the day's cardio work. Then three times a week, you should be doing some kind of weight training (no, you won't bulk up, you'll tone up, and more muscle mass means more fat burning power in your body).

Eat some sort of natural carbs (fruit) before you work on weight training, and some clean protein (boneless skinless chicken or turkey breast) after your workout. It helps repair and rebuild your muscle.

For fat burning its best to exercise in the morning. Doing this helps speed up your metabolism. Try only doing one 40 minute session in the morning instead.

The best time for being consistent is morning.
The best time for weight control is late afternoon before dinner.
No, don't do another 20 in the evening. If you want to do something in the evening, do some gentle stretching and breathing.
