for burning belly fat ? im not fat but i do have belly fat and i really wanna get rid of it what can i do?usually if i loose weight i loose it from anywhere except my stomach do sit ups work or will they just bill abs with the fat? Thanks please help in any way

Abs are the hardest place for men to lose fat. Sit ups will help, but they will add a little bulk. You need to do ab exercises (more than just sit-ups) in addition to cardio to target those areas.

I think you will like the exercise at this site. They work the abs and are quite easy to perform and less stress on you than sit ups. As long as the work gets done, it doesn't matter how you do it. Try this site and let me know how you like it.

Sit ups are great...they'll burn the fat and build muscle underneath at the same time so when the fat's gone you have abs...

No, do squats instead, sit ups are useless.

To shrink your waistline you don't have to do abdominal exercises! sounds crazy but its true, however it is recommended to do abdominal exercise to sharpen your waistline and crunches are better than sit-ups.

They are great yea, I mean I use Ab lounge and it works wonders but try running for like 10 min 5mph and ur gunna see much better results..as long as its after the sit ups :) im not expert but thats my input.

No, they do help you suck it n but cardio is the only way to get rid of the fat.
