I am gonna be 21 years old this month and I am not really excited about it. First of all I am an over achiever perfectionist and this is evident in my day to day activities. I except too much of myself and I never feel I have attained excellence. My main problem now is dating!! Oh that word, just thinking about it makes me so sick. I seem never to be attracted to guys who really like me. I have turned a dozen down and just recently have been turned down. What an awful feeling that was. The painful part about this whole situation is that I have never dated before and even kissed before because I have always been waiting for that "perfect " man to come and he never seem to be around, Tried internet dating and it was a total disaster. I am a pretty girl and I feel I deserve more. This new year all I am praying for is the right guy in my life. I want to date and do all the things that come with it. Any ideas on what to do. I feel this is my year!!

A few weeks ago, I went to university pub crawl with my friend Cathy and a few of her friends Amy and Sandra. In the club, Amy started to show an interest in me. Amy started flirting with me by dancing and making gestures towards me. Everyone in the university pub crawl signed my shirt. Amy wrote on my shirt “Hey Johnny. Love ya. X.. Amy” I gave Amy a friendly hug and she seemed to appreciate my gestures towards her. Anyways, after a few days, Amy added me as a friend to facebook. After a few days, I accepted her as a friend on facebook and gave her a private facebook messagem I just basically said stuff like “Hey, how ya doin, had a fun time the other night..” It was a casual message. After a few days, I expected a facebook response. But she never really bothered to respond to my message. Anyways, after a few days, I went to the club with Cathy. Then when the night was over, I encounter Amy outside. She said to me that “Hey. I saw your facebook message. Sorry, haven’t been able to respond”. Then after that, Cathy wants a picture taken with me. Cathy then hands Amy a camera for her to take a picture of me and Cathy. Basically, why would you add someone on facebook and not bother to respond to their messages? I don’t really apprecite it how Amy could just ignore my message. After all, she should realize that I actually took the time to message her. The last message I sent was a month ago. Anyways, should I give her a new years message? Or should I let her come to me? Or just let time take it’s course?

me nd my 5 yearold on were going to a friends today. Hes was going to pick us up and then drive us back to his. He lives an hour and half way so its a fairish journey. Thing is he rang me at 5.30am and he was drunk...obvioulsy new year he'd been out...which is fine. but i said i didnt want him to come get us today we'd go tomorrow cause he'd still be over the limit.
Am i being petty? he want coming til this afternoon, but my little boy as parents will understand is my whole world. Im a single parent and we've not had an easy time...his dad was a drunk and hit me blah blah. if it was just me going maybe id notmind, but because my son will be in the car, i'm feeling uneasy

i dont know why my other question has been removed but ok anyways, lol, well i have a long distance relationship, we live 14 hours away so i only get to see him a couple days out of the mouth even though we talk for hours and have a ball over the phone, its killing me and breaking my heart to know he is so far away i try not to think about it, but i cant help it i miss him and i love him so much :( i cry over it so many times, what do i do ? :( we are both very sad and dont have enough money to move in yet. :( what do i do ? were so in love :) ! ....it's not though as a guy I mind trying, but seriously, 'romance' in itself came from movies! It just seems so...fake in a way....your still going to be bumpin uglies the same way...well...the way you bump your uglies can be the same but that's a different question...lol...and I don't think being like 'suave' is how the average guy is meant to be!

I just wrote a about ten minutes ago. I have to keep writing. I want to know why no one loves me. I live with two members of my family and if I was gone they would never know because they dont talk to me. other women who are depressed have husbands and boyfriends or parents or siblings and they dont understand why someone like me cant just stop. I am here alone and I will be alone. I had to leave work today because I was so upset. someone in my family knows Im crying out here and will not comfort me. I guess thats all I want I would just like to be comforted. I am extremely sad. I can't love myself. I have to know that someone will care first. I will be 40 years old this year but I dont feel that old at all. my life will be over and I was talented and smart and pretty but no one cared

my lady friend quit her job and moved in 6 months ago. now she does not want a committment. she does not work. i pay all bills and give money to spend. i gave access to cars. and take care of them as well. i am a good man. i don't cheat. no women call the house. i am not bad in bed. i feed and provide for her. she is attractive but she says she is scared of me because i am not violent or demanding. we are only 4 years apart in age. she comes from from at least 3 violent relationships. she uses the excuse that she fears i will one day get violent. we barely argue. i am not violent. she says i am the best friend she ever had. what am i doing wrong?

I really love my boyfriend, but he gets mad at me a lot and says i do dumb stuff. And i try to be all smart or w/e but then its like something i didnt even think anything about im gettin yelled at for.
