I go out with this girl and we break up. After a little while later she starts calling me names and all this crap. She ignores me whenever she feels like it, then whenever i say something to her she always gives me answer that makes me look bad. There's a girl in my school that I really like and I think she likes me back too (she says that I'm so nice it is unbelievable, she's glad I asked for her # because she would have been too nervous to ask for mine, etc.). I haven't talked to her in a while but I was wondering is there any specific time of the day that would work best for calling her? I don't want to catch her when she's in the middle of something, but I don't want to put it off until it's too late.

I'm usually extremely busy with work during the day and evenings I spend it at the gym then relaxing at home. My girlfriend calls all the time but I don't usually pick up because I know it'll be a long conversation. However, I do take notice that she calls so every night before I sleep, I call her and talk to her for a good 1-2 hours. Our conversation usually ends with me drifting off to sleep and she would know to hang up when she hears my snoring over the phone. Strangely enough she finds this adorable and I tell her "hey I just want to hear your voice before I sleep". But I hear that some women would actually be offended if their b/f fell asleep on the phone with them. But at least we talk for a good long while before I drift off. I do this everyday. Would you be offended in my situation?

In november my ex of 2 years told me she just didnt love me anymore and that shed been faking our relationship. As time went on we just kept arguing and gradually now shes been saying that it wasnt that she didnt love me but that she needed to figure herself out. Ever since we graduated college in May i could tell something was wrong but she never told me until now that we're seperated. Whenever i try to telling her we need time apart so we can be true friends again, she always tells me something like oh ive been thinking about getting back together and i stilll have all these feelings for you. I feel like she either means it or just doesnt want me to move on. And i'm just getting tired of all this talk im not sure if shes just toying with me or she means it. Has anybody really need a break because they didnt feel independent, or do you think shes just doing all of this to keep me at her side until she can finally move on? This is driving me CRAZY! I don't have a car but I am almost to the point where I am going to take the bus over to his house if this continues!

We had a big argument last wednesday.. but we talked friday and saturday on the phone and he said that sunday we will hang out and talk.. i asked if he was mad he said "no.. its all in the past.. i want to work on getting past it and being with you.. i love you".. so i was planning that yesterday we'd be together.. well nope.. no call.. i called a bunch of times.. no call back.. left a few messages saying i was worried bout him.. nothing.

Here is the kicker.. He is on my myspace.. I have sent him 2 messages.. and just now I checked my sent mail and noticed that he READ both of them and didn't even reply back.. WTF?!

I can not for the life of me figure this one out.. when we talked on the phone he seemed fine.. that nothing was bothering him at all.

he claims he gets busy working.. but comon.. can't be that busy to NOT call me.

Last thurs me and my boyfriend were supposed to go out. however, he chose going out with his friends over going out with me. i was very mad and we quarelled over this. he then promised me he would go out with me tomorrow. but now he tell me he would be out with his friends again and cannot be able to go out with me. i am feeling extremely frustrated that he is spending more time with his friends then me. the last time we met was like, 2 weeks ago. and when i call him about that, he shouted at me and said a lot of depressing words such as i being not understanding, reasonable enough. he finally admitted he had planned to drink and get drunk tonight with his friends. so to recover from his hangover, he cancels our date tomorrow. what should i do? i am feeling very disappointed and i cannot tolerate his behavior any more.

but as the saying goes, to love someone, you have to be patient. i feel i am being patient enough. he doesnt answer my calls now. what should i do?

I was casually dating a guy for a while. I wasn't the only one he was dating, which I was fully aware of. Last night I spoke to him and he told me that he had decided it was time to make a committment to be exclusive with one of the other women he was seeing. I always knew it wouldn't last. I just didn't realize I'd be so hurt when it finally did end. He was always honest with me. His only mistake was he didn't clue me in sooner that things might be getting serious with someone else. I don't hate him and I'm honestly not mad at him. But I do need my mourning time because this is a fresh wound.

What I don't get is why do friends automatically bash the ex and think I should be over the relationship in an instant? Friends I've told (now I'm wishing I hadn't told them) instantly say he's a jerk, or more colorful terms and say I'm better off without him in my life. Why don't they realize that I need my time to be sad before I can move on?

i am a man married to a beautiful lady but i don't feel like i satisfy her in anyway, i work and have my own buisness, when i come home i eat and fall asleep and she says i don't love her because i do come home and go to sleep, i don't go to bars , i don't hang out with friends, i come home to her where i feel comfortable and relaxed knowing she is close to me even if i am asleep but the i wake up at 2am every morning, i play on the computer, watch tv and drink coffee then leave for work at 7am,so my day starts at 2am but she feels i don't spend enough time with her.
open to suggestions, that might straighten this out before its too late!!!!!

okay, my friend wanted to ask another question. She had an affair with a married man. Now the married man and his wife have been married for 8 years. He has never cheated on her before and she knows, not only by what he has told her but how he acts around her and other clues, that I can't write here. But, she is wondering if he wanted her for more than sex, and if so, how can she find that out. Finally, most guys wouldn't want the lover and wife together but, he is always wanting to get together with her. If this is his first time, and he has never done this before, would you think that he has feelings for her????

Cute guy I REALLLYYYYYY like invited me to his work for a concert, however I don't know his number, it would be akward alone, I didn't know when it started, when it ended. All he said was "you should come bye we're having a concert tonight". The next Monday he asked why I didn't come. I told him I didn't know where it was (true) and said tell me next time they have a concert.

Okay, so i finally have to admit i'm obsessed with one of my ex. We dated for a summer back in 2002 and then i had to break it off because i went to college almost 8 hours away. But when we were together i never felt more happy; like she actually understood me

So i know it broke her heart, but it had to be done.

Over the following few years i would see her maybe once every few months and all those feelings would come rushing back. However, we never could get together like back before.

So then i move back home, well closer at least. I live in the City now and she is still out in the burbs. Im done with school now and working full time as is she(more or less). Now things like myspace have come out and i get to see her and she's gotten even more beautiful. Alas, she never responds back to me when i ask her out (she never says no either)

what can i do? I did date one of her quasi-friends a few years back, that prob pissed her off. But she never is mean or turns me down. Any ideas?
