I do not like the fact that she does not lift one finger to help keep the apartment clean. If anything she deliberately leaves piles of shoes and toys everywhere and will not even put her dirty dishes in the dishwasher. It is not as if she is spending quality time with her kid either because he spends his time wondering around making noise. I know that I must move out on my own. I would like to know if I should just throw in the towel and let the place go to hell?

I have a girl, that, I looked at her a few times and smiled. I also got her and her friends papers for them in class. She knows that I know her name and have interest in her.

Yet she looks at me, then when I try to look back at her and at least smile, she looks away right away. Then I noticed if I do not look at her while she is looking, she keeps the look longer.

Why does she look away, if she can tell, I've seen her anyway? Why would she try to be so hidden, and not even let me at least smile at her or something?

Is she showing a sign of attraction or is it actually the complete opposite?

What did I do that was so wrong?? My fiance broke up with me... she doesn't tell me anything what's wrong with her. I ask her and I she says nothing or I ask are we going to talk about it and she says nope. I can't win. I try to make it the best for us. Everything I do upsets or gets her angry.... I'm serious. I pick her up and she asks what are we going to do, I tell her and she gets pissed at me.

What did I do wrong? I have nothing left now...

If someone was raised and their mother was just not affectionate whatsoever, such as;

said "I love you" maybe 3 times ever....never gave hugs or kisses, and overall no affection etc...but not alot of abusive behaviour per say.

Out of curiousity, would that have any effect on the child later in life?

suppose you say you love your wife, suppose you want to be forgiven, and the other woman was a mistake.
Describe your definition of forgiveness, is it instant? do you expect her to never mention it again? do you do territorial bonding with your wife? or do you gradually give back the love to her, a little at a time?
do you resent her setting rules and boundaries for you that you refuse to follow? (No one tells me how to behave) or do you comply with her requests?

I'm looking for a man's perspective here please.

When a woman I know sees me having a conversation with other people, she will call them over or walk up and start speaking to the person to distraction, then gradually place her body so that I am left out. She used to claim to be my friend, but she has done this on at least 8 occasions. She also "jokes" around in an insulting way. I think she is jealous of me. I want to say something, but am unsure what to say, considering we are both adults with children. I try to avoid her at all cost, but she associates with many of the same people I do, and I'd hate to lose my mutual friends over this avoidance.

We're living separated, I'm in Norh California and he;s in South. I've move back to South Cali because I can't handle how my life was at my in laws's house. I moved and his mom told him to break up and he did. He came to visit my daughter and we're still keeping in touch. I asked him how our future will be? he said i'll never leave my parents. I said ok if you think your parents are your priority and you can take care of them and I'll take care of my 1 year old daughter and my five months old fetus alone. He said "to weight my parents and our kids to see whom is more important then I would say, if it wasn't my parents brought me to this world and our kids wouldn't exist." It's hurt me to death, my kids deserve the best and most of all is the love from us.

I'm doing my homework and ask my mom about journal writing and out of nowhere she is telling me that at the end of my journal i usually put "i hate my mom". I tell her that i was probably mad at the time but she says i should be careful of what i write.



I think this is an invasion of my privacy and she is in the wrong. I didn't even remeber i had a journal so it was probably from last year.

we live in a million dollar house in fairfield county, ct. they make 250,000plus a year. we have a summer house worth 750,000, a house in florida, and a house in colorado, and a timeshare in maui and hawaii. and yet, we are "broke"
yesterday was homecoming, and we didnt even have fifteen dollars for me to get my eyebrows done. i had to collect quarters and pennies from my backpack and pants pockets and turn them into coinstar.
my parents say they've hit a "rough patch". but we've never sunk so low as having to collect pennies to feed ourselves.
what do i do? my parents are reckless and irresponsible and last year they forgot to send my sister money (she was in college in canada) and she almost starved to death and the doctors thought she was anorexic.
ahhh help this is no joke
WHAT THE H E L L do i do???
(i cant get a job im 14 and...no one needs a babysitter in my neighborhood cause most of them have a live in nanny)

I'm turning 14 and I was rude to my mom, and she said I wouldn't be allowed to go to the next party I was invited to, so I said "It'll be mine I won't go to," cuz it was just a week away, she said fine that's what she would do, but I really want to invite a few friends, (like 30) and if she says yes, I have to convince her to let me have a separete celebration with my family cuz if I have one celebration for my family and friends, all my little cousins would be a REAL PROBLEM. My son is 21 and is in the Army. He was hurt in Iraq which has left him with slight physical damage but mostly mental, going through flash backs. So here comes the abuse things he met a 20 year old who is divorced with 1 child and she was supposedly abused by her exhusband.
She about 1 1/2 months ago hit him, and on sept 7 he decided to marry her. During a flash back he tapped her and she ran out. I do belive he has never touch her He was taken to his barracks. then wanted to work it out. She started in on him accusing him of an affair he was hurt by that and took many pills and went to hospital. He was again put in the barracks, and then convinced the army to let him go home. he lasted 2 days and last night calls to say there is problems. My youngest son is there and has witnessed some of this. Last night she hit him many times and punched him in the stomach. My problem is this he wants me to help her. He wants to go back. I am scared and do not know where to turn for help

I am a divorce mom of two kids .After my ex husband came back from prison(after 3and 1-2 years)we agreed to reconcile for sake of our kids and also for some love we had for each other.We had recently moved to a new town, everything was going smoothly , we both had found good jobs and restablishing ourselvesin the new community.as a father and a husband he is a great man.I aggred to reconcile because he asked me to give him a second chance,and he commited drug crime and also ihad d some soft corner for him.Now he has left the house ,he wont give me any reason why he did, he said to me that I will do my duties as a father and there is no compatibility between us that we r so diffrent with each other.I m devastated and so r our kids.I had high hope from new life,I feel like im going to collapse,( there is no girl is involved with him i have checked) Please help !! He does not want to see acounselor, he does not want to give any reason for his action,should i wait for him?

i am 17 years old , just got engaged to a 37 , i have already been with him , lost my virginity to him and i love him.
I know marriage is not just about love and sex, its more about sharing or compromising, however, I am very insecure about whats going to happen in my future life , am i gonna regret it ? can i contenue to study , will i be happy in my sex life etc etc.
