As long as the tickling is consensual and respectful, there is nothing wrong with tickling your four year old brother.

He obviously enjoys it quite a bit and there are health benefits for him as well. When he is laughing and having fun, his brain is flooding his body with healthful endorphins which promote healing. If he has any ailments, he is benefiting from your gift of tickling.

Would I be correct in guessing that you dislike being tickled and you cannot understand how he can love it so much?

There are many of us, men and women, who love to be tickled playfully and consensually. As long as it is consensual and respectful, there is nothing wrong with it.

All the best to you!

Tickle him all you want, just keep an eye on his ability to breathe. If he looks like hes gasping, stop and let him recover a little.
