My marriage is over, because my husband cheated on me.

I recently took my ex back to court to collect past due child support. We came to an agreement in a conference room at the court house, outside the presence of a judge. My attorney wrote the details of the agreement on a court minute. There were nine items addressed. My ex and I along with our three attorneys signed the agreement. It was presented to a judge who signed it and had it filed with the court clerk.

My ex is adhering to seven of the nine items, but now says he changed his mind about how future child support will be calculated as listed on the court minute.

We do not have a typed Agreement, as my ex refused to sign it, stating that he had changed his mind. The handwritten one is the only thing that has been filed.

Is the handwritten Agreement enforceable in court? It has been >30 days and nothing else has been filed in our case. If it is enforceable, do I have to hire an attorney to file a "Motion to Enforce Settlement Agreement" or what options do I have?

thinks of you? I can't help thinking about him all the time. I wonder if I'm being obsessive. I think how handsome he is, our conversations, how he looks at me, our lovemaking. It's such a good feeling. I want to ask him what he thinks, but I know guys are not into this kind of thing. So guys, what is it about your girl that you think (other than s ex) when you are not w/her?

How often do you 'pleasure yourself'?

Why do you feel the need to do this when you have a gf/wife who gives you sex?

He put the ball in my court when she wanted to play "junior girls football" after school - I thought it was a great idea, healthy exercise instead of TV. With her agreement I volunteered to help out, and I ususally bring her home up to the eyes in mud and grass. He now criticises me for turning her into a tomboy.

When she asked him if she could have her ears pierced, he said in front of me "Thats a girl thing. Ask your Mum-she might be ok with it or she might make you wait til you're older". I took this as him saying he didn't object, and after making sure she knew what she gettng herself into I agreed. He asked me later why the hell I had given her permission when she is too young to be 'dressing up'.

I don't even know if the issues he brings up are issues with him it all sometimes, or if he is just trying to make himself look 'big' by making me look 'small'. He refuses to have a level chat about this and i'm real p155ed about it- bigtime. How the hell do we get this sorted out?

My husband and I are starting marriage counseling today, this afternoon. Right now I am so frustrated with him (as I am everyday) but literally almost feel as though I hate him at this point in time. I really want the counseling to work because it is our last resort before divorce. I REALLY do not want to go into the session and seem like I'm "attacking" him and listing all of the things I dislike about him because I believe that will cause more problems once we leave. Any suggestions on how I can approach the counseling session so that I do not appear to be attacking him?

I didn't have a very good attorney ($13,000 should have been enough for fair results though.) I want to modify child support since I'm not (nor ever have) made $15.00 an hour. But, I also want to receive all the items listed in the Agreement that he "Doesn't know where they are now" and refuses to give to me. He has also broken some of the court orders such as; drinking when children are in his custody, children are not attending counseling as required, and will not remove my name from the phone bill or a dump trailer that is in my name. Any suggestions?

If you haven't read that question I would go back and read it.... The short story if that I caught my mother inlaw haveing breakfast with my hubbys ex. This is a person that he dated WAY before me, but this person broke into her house and did all kinds of bad things to that family. The main reason I can't beleive that she was having breakfast with the EX is because besides this girl breaking into her house....she has also threathed to kidnap my daughter (stateing to the police that this child was ment to be hers). She even went as far as to get a job at the day care that we placed my daughter in, until we place a protection order on her and they fired her. She has sent text messages and harrassed me to no end, she seems to think that I am the reasonthat he wouldn't go back to her. The fact is that she is nuts and that is the reason. I have police reports so WHY oh who would my mother in law go behind my back to even talk to this person who wants to hurt her grand baby

I'm planning my "escape"...looking for a job, stashing away a few bucks here and there, getting "my ducks in a row" before I tell him we are over. In the mean time, I am pretending that I am happy and love him. I think I am doing a good job at it, but I wonder if he can tell by my body language or if I give off signals and am not even aware I am doing it. I dont like doing this or going through these charades, and dont feel bad for him, he had an affair and I am not able to get over it, so I am letting him go and I just have to prepare for it. Do you think he can tell, do you think he knows what my plans are, or is it possible that as long as I am a damn good actress, he'll be clueless?

I have been buddies with an ex-colleague for several years now. He lives about 45 minutes away so we talk for an hour or two each month and make "dates" to hang out together, going places or small day trips. We enjoy each other's company. We have a nice relationship. However, his partner of a couple of years, whom I have only met once when I invited them to an evening at my home, is noticeably chilly on the phone, even to the point of being rude. They do not live together.

I called my friend last month when his partner answered. The first thing out of his mouth was that they could not talk that they were going out. A few minutes later, friend called me (he had been outside) sort of embarrassed that this had happened. He wanted me to call him back in a couple of days.

I have not called him back. I know this puts my friend in a bad spot, I care about him, I know he loves this guy.

I figure it must just be time to let them live without my presence. What do you think?

Especially when both are working. I work all day, come home, cook, do the dishes, I do the laundry, clean the bathroom, vaccume, etc... There are times when he tries to help out, but for example, if he helps with laundry, it gets washed and put in the dryer, but in the dryer it stays to get wrinkled until I discover it there. I enjoy cooking so I really don't mind that. My fiance's main chore is taking out the trash once a week (to which he forgot this morning) He works nights so he is home all day, and I realize he has to sleep too, but he doesn't sleep from the time he gets home until he goes to work again... are all men lazy? And how can I encourage him to help out more and have a little pride in our house without sounding like I am picking on him????

I found pictures and correpondence related to the affair. She went on several trips alone with him and I have no doubts about his intentions. Among other things he always took his wedding ring off. My wife claims that they were just good friends and she just enjoyed going to the places and events he was able to take her to. He is a very successful business man and actually attended our wedding with his( fourth )wife. I know that they have had continued long distance correspndence over the years. I don't suspect my wife of cheating on me with him since we have been together but the thougt of all of this bothers me. The affair occured almost a decade ago and my wife denies any wrong doing and that she just got caugt up in the lifesyle. I love my wife very much, but I can' help but have doubts.

I only met this guy once on a business trip and he either could never maintain eye contact with me or seem to look right through me. He took the initiative to email me and we exchanged a couple of friendly emails. Found out later from his relative that whenever they prodded him to chase a woman, he gets so intensely shy he doesn't dare to chase. Am assuming he has very little dating experience. I asked him out over email for a coffee date, and he has not replied me. Wondering if perhaps he really wants to say yes but is afraid to do so. What do you think?

Can I take some drug? I have tried relaxing and just enjoying the moment, I have even mentally prepared myself..nothing works! I cant tell my husband I dont enjoy sex at all. He comes in all of 5 minutes and I just roll over depressed!!!!!

-the boy that i liked told me that he likes me then he told me that he was joking
-i study so hard and all i got was B. All of my friends got higher.
-my school sent me 11 times to math competition but i never win.
-my parents always tell me that they love me but they never home
-my brother is so mean to me sometimes
-i ask my parents to let me go to fob's concert and they said NO, but my brother can go.
-my friends think i'm weird. they're nice to me if they want to see my homework.
-when i was sick there's no one ask me how i'm doin'
i hate it.
i just cant change it.
