How often do you 'pleasure yourself'?
Why do you feel the need to do this when you have a gf/wife who gives you sex?

It doesn't bother me that my boyfriend does this. I just wonder why and how often most guys do it.

whenever the mood strikes..being a guy that would be quite often..i am one of those married men that do not get enough sexual attention from the wife.."frustrations" can build up to the point that you need a "release"..to me it is normal and i am not ashamed to admit that i do..I've done it every other day to 2-3 days in a row to once or twice a week..

Some men do it to practice control of not being premature, so there better in bed with there woman.
Some do it for the same reason again because the second time they last longer.
Some do it because of a fantasy with another woman ,maybe a porn star in a book, just something different with out cheating.
Some do it because of timing, early morning shower had good dreams , don't want to have to wake up the wife.
Some do it also because some woman actually aren't horny and only want to please there man once a week or even once a month, so his last girlfriend might of been 2 to 3 times a day, so he adapts.
Is it OK to...sure, but if your doing it because your partner wont, than I think that's selfish of her and its time to get a new girlfriend.

Every chance I get. Why because my penis can't say no. Where as my wife will only say yes when she is in the mood. Which is not much after 15 years. I'm male. I have needs. I don't think a woman could understand that. Unless she has a very high sex drive. My wife's sex drive has been put in park after she gave birth to my daughter. So therefor the joys of masturbation is on my side.

sometimes quite often and at others almost none. part of it depends on if something has me worked up. if i have seen or read something that gets me excited i tend to do it more.
with us, our sex drives are very different. wife is happy with once a week, except the week of her period. that means i get it about three times a month. not very much for a guy with a good drive. to fill the gap i may do it a couple times a week. when i'm cycling a lot, i may not do it at all, as i am tired. it just depends.

Many men do it to even out the sex drives in their marriage. Often, the woman has a lower sex drive than her husband. It isn't fair for either of them to try and change the other. It is preferable for her husband to masturbate rather than constantly pressure her into having sex.

Not only "guys", but "people" sometimes do not feel like sharing themselves or going to the trouble to be terribly giving about sex, but just want to get rid of the tension and be done with it.
Sometimes a partner is ill, the two people are not feeling horribly loving toward one another, one is not available, or just plain old boredom sets in.
One other reason for some is a theory of "self love". I know it sounds corny, but hey, to each his own - litterally.

well im not a guy but i live with my man and we have sex very often and i still do it myself almost everyother day! i think alot of the time its outa boredom... also i think alot of men jus do it because its there... i mean i gotta a lil **** and im always touching myself so i can only imagine if i had a d$ck! haha! it would always be in my hand!!! lol! neways sorry i couldnt really give you a answer beside its human nature! <3

Sometimes it's just not possible to get together. Simetimes she leaves for work early. Sometimes I travel for work.
How often depends on how often we are together.
Don't feel bad about it, take it as a sign that he misses you sometimes.

I get randy 4 or 5 times a day. I'ts a curse, and a blessing. How can my girl help me out when she is at work, and I am left to myself? I just get it over with so I can go back to working/thinking on what ever I am doing.
