Would depend on who, the situation, and the type of kiss. I wouldn't get worked up until I knew those things and then could decide if it was a 'cheating' issue, or just blow it off as him smooching a friend or goofing off.

You left out some critical information.
1) Who was the someone else?
2) What was the kiss for?
3) How affectionate was the kiss?
4) Where was the kiss performed, (in public, in private)?
5) Did your "partner" know you saw it?

if I caught them I would like to think I would react in a manner deserving of the situation like smacking them both but I know I propably would just walk away then talk about it later as I am not one for major confrontational situations, I did find out that my sister and my husband were text dating and had been getting up to some hanky panky what ever that means not really sure but I talked it over talked it over some more and then talked it over again oh and then I cleaned the house to it was a shinny pin and tehn talked to my sister two years on and she works with my husband in an office and he runs her down all the time and sometimes I wonder is he just doing it to make me think they don't get on any more but I know in my heart there is nothing going on but its always there maybe if i had slapped them it would have been done and dusted.

All the breath would be knocked out of me and my heart would thump so hard it hurt.
I'd probably scream and launch myself at them in a fury.
I caught an ex partner in bed with another girl and I slapped her round the face without even thinking about it.

My first reaction would be very angry and hurt. I would want to go after them but I wouldn't.
The two of you need to talk about because nothing will be the same until you. Why did it happen? Are you having problems? Who kissed who first?
How does the other feel about what happened?
If you two want to continue you need to start talking NOW!
This will destroy you inside.

i would be heart broken. Was i not good enough for him he had to go to another girl? Actually, this is quite pathetic, but i would probably think i did something wrong that made him not attracted to me anymore. Then this would turn into anger.. and i wouldn't let myself be hurt emotionally.
but i know he would never ever do that. unless he was drunk as a mother.

I assume you don't mean kissing his mother.
Hurt. I would feel terribly, terribly hurt and betrayed. Eventually I'd be angry, but the first reaction would be terrible, wrenching hurt.
Fortunately, I have a wonderful, faithful, very loving husband who would never hurt me that way.
