I didn't have a very good attorney ($13,000 should have been enough for fair results though.) I want to modify child support since I'm not (nor ever have) made $15.00 an hour. But, I also want to receive all the items listed in the Agreement that he "Doesn't know where they are now" and refuses to give to me. He has also broken some of the court orders such as; drinking when children are in his custody, children are not attending counseling as required, and will not remove my name from the phone bill or a dump trailer that is in my name. Any suggestions?

Call the family court and tell them these things, they can advise you on what to do next. Unfortunately, they'll probably advise you to get an attorney involved but you can get him in trouble with the courts for all of these things.

All of this is normally in the original divorce decree.

The only way is to take him back to court, but if you paid $13,000 for the divorce and none of this was taken care of you better get another attorney.

Also, what is the value of the "items" you have not received?

This is strictly a "how much is it worth" question, and what will be your ultimate gain?

If he said he doesn't know where this stuff is there's no way to prove it was ever there in the beginning, it's not worth the fight in court, the ex did this to me made up stuff that never existed in the marriage, move on with our life, in due time you can replace these things if needed. If you aren't happy with the situation as is call your lawyer and get something done.
