What do you say when you have just told your future in laws you are getting married and the first thing his mom says is, "well your parents are paying for it all."

first of all my parents can't afford to help. my fiance and I are paying for everything ourselves.
second of all we never asked his parents to help in any way and weren't planning on it.

I am MALE married for 6 year now. I get yelled at by my every week. This has become such a recuring pattern and yet so unpredictable on the next "storm".

My wife has poor and nasty feedback style. Any difference of opinion is only a "verbal nuclear war". No room for discussions and mutual resolutions. I have a kid. Divorce is not that easy option for me.

I am a 37 year old divorced mom. I have a 19 year old son who is the greatest thing ever, we are best friends!!!!

Well in a week moment I had sex with one of his good friends and now I can't stop. I know its wrong but everytime he is around me I just melt, and he seems to have no problem getting me into bed.

I’ve been with my spouse for 8 years. We’ve been through a lot together and want the same things from life. We have two children together. [I’m a girl btw, pay no attention to the avatar.] I married when I was 19, had my first child at 21 and second just 1.5 years ago. I’m now 28. I love my girls and don’t want to tear their lives apart. I love my husband too, and he loves me.

The problem is that I love him in a way that’s not passionate. I don’t feel a strong connection with him anymore. He’s a good friend, and I still find him physically attractive, but I have no sexual desire to be close or intimate. I feel myself pull away and want nothing to do with it. We fight a lot. The root of those fights is arguably my own standoffishness toward him.

Okay, I was with a couple of guys who were thinking of playing pranks. Then Boy#1 got of this Idea. We play a prank at walmart. We went to walmart too a picture of a random man. I am 25 female living with parents because of financial difficulties. I have never been rebellious or caused problems and lived on ym own for 5 years previously. I have been recently this summer going out more and now have a boyfirend. They have given me a curfew and start calling my phone 30 min after that time if I am not home. I always tell them where I am, same place, and who I am with, same person. Theyare not religious but dont want me to spend the night or stay out past midnight. Am I being unresponsible to think these rules are a little strict? How should i deal with this.

I watch this kid for $50 a week for 20 hrs. her parents started bailing on my @ the last minute, so i told them from then on they would have to pay the the full 50 if i didn't get 48 hrs notice. well me & my kids r sick this wk. i told them we were sick on sunday & they still brought her on monday. then wednesday, they called me n the am & told me that cuz we were still sick & dad wasn't working there was no need 2 expose the kid 2 us being sick. they made it sound like they were only not bringing her cuz we were sick. even though they were here monday. so my Q is, should I charge them the full $50 or was it my fault they missed a day cuz i was sick so i shouldn't charge them for that day even though they brought her monday?

I am married with 3 girls. I have been with my husband for 6 years , 5 of which were HELL. he is now in jail and wont quit drinking that is why he is back in jail now he wont hold a job and I cant see raising my girls like this. Hello, I wanted to get some opinions here. I am 25 and been with my hubby since I was 15. We have grown together and had lots of good and bad times..as most marriages do. But for the past year or a bit longer, my husband has been drinking pretty heavily. I have a problem with this. I have talked to him numerous times about this and help. He always says he will quit, but tomorrow. I am at my breaking point. He is a very good man, better than I can ask for. But this is a real issue for me. Its too much, everyday as soon as he gets home from work. I dont like the way he is, I feel like Im with another man all the time. Not who Im in love with. My feelings for him seem to be fading. I love him with all my heart, but I cannot stand another day of this. Money issues, fights, ect. Last night, after he had plenty..he wanted me to take my usual trip back up and buy more. I told him no and kinda freaked. All had built up and I finally told him I think I was falling out of love with him.

Young girls, the way they talk is so very annoying to me. I cannot imagine a guy having a real conversation with some of them. Its all "like" words and the most ridiculous ways of speaking I have ever heard. I work out in a gym and two young girls very pretty were just yapping and yapping, you couldn't help but listen to them. When guys came by they would get even louder. I thought what a shame so pretty and yet so annoying. All I could do was try to get away from them. When I left their ignorant way of speaking and stupid conversations rang through my ears for a moment and I wondered how could a guy find that attractive? I cant leave him. I can't. He clearly doesn't love me. he chooses his work over his family and has disrespected me in unreal ways. our relationship has been abusive physically, mentally, and verbally. i have a problem i recently gotten married in june and now i want out. reason being my wife has two girls and i have 3 girls from a preievous marriage. well first of all she never have her oldest one do nothing far as cleaning dishes after we eat it is either her doing them or me. My husband's brother and his horrible wife don't like us. She is a ***** who tries to be highschool to me and spread rumors and blackmail. And he is pussy whooped by her! My nephew and his wife don't like us and are freinds with the other two. The couple that are family freinds don't like us and they hang out with the other four. Background - Brother is in USCG. Found out the other day, wife has been cheating in his home when he goes on the boat. He came home a day early and found her in bed with another man...

He took wife to see psychiatrist who diagnosed her with depression with suicidal ideation and alcoholism.

They have a two month old child.

She is 19. My brother is 23. The wife has been hanging with a girl who's boyfriend is involved in gang activity.

She is down to 90lbs and we have reason to believe she is using drugs, other than marijuana.

She has already threatened my brother with knives and is extremely violent and erratic. She still has a key to their apartment. He fears for his safety and the safety of their child.

Can he put her away? How would he go about doing this.

He is filing for divorce today.

I decided not to return to my ex-husband along with my 15 year old daughter. She is very unhappy with me about the decision.

My ex-husband lives in another state and wanted us to reunite as a family. My daughter lived with him from age 10 until 15.

My daughter thought that the right decision would have been to reunite as a family.

I did not go because my ex-husband is controlling and manipulative.

Now, my daughter says that her face is becoming sad and withdrawn like my parents since we are living with them temporarily. She is not used to and does not like being around them.

My ex-husband refuses to talk to me because he is accusing me of stealing some jewelry.

Will my daughter ever understand my decision? I feel that I should have pleased her and reversed my decision. My ex does not want that now though.
