My parents began by taking care of my daughter while I worked helping reduce childcare costs. I slowly started noticing things like she started calling my dad...Daddy instead of poppy and my mom was mommy. I asked them to correct her and I did. I had weaned her from the bottle and potty trained her for preschool only to learn that while staying with them she was given a bottle and placed back in a diaper as soon as I left. Then once we moved away they began begging and nagging for me to let her stay over on the weekends to be taken to church on Sundays. Not wanting to discourage religion, I allowed it. Now 13, I found out that they have encouraged her to runaway, which she did and that she has been staying with them for over 1 wk and that they went to an attorney almost 1 yr ago to try to get custody of her, which they were told since she hasn't been abused in either form there really is no reason to pursue. Should grandparents be allowed to brainwash grandchildren against parents?

My son hates my husband so much that he wont come a visit me when I have visitation days.
I married the man who demolished our family so I understand what he feeling about us are, I don't push anything.

My Ex. finally got a family therapist for him after a few weeks The therapist had everyone involved in on a family session. My son went postal on us to the point that when my husband started to get defensive my 14 year flat out told me he did not want to be my son and he will continue hating me to my grave!

I finally got courage enough to say my response and my son tore me to shreds!
It was bad, now am taking antidepressant and seeing my on therapist about my own issues.
After 3 months we all sat down again, My son gave me an ultimatum dispose of my current husband and never have contact with him or my son would dispose of me!

I don't want to lose my son this way, but he hurting what should I do?
Choose son, or husband I can't have both, my happiness gone either way!

My husbands belonged to a poor family. After getting the job he has done a lot for his family like sisters marriage, made house, and a lot more expensive things. His brother’s only intension is to extract money form him. After getting married we moved to USA.He continued to sending money .Just because of this we fight most of the time. Then I took his best friend’s help. He then convinced my hobby to send a fixed amount of money for his family. His family got too much furious seeing this changing in my husband. But he is very kindhearted and always thinks +vely whatever his family says to him. They always put pressure on him to send money to make more houses, car etc.His family members started talking rubbish against my family and he believes that. If I try to defend my family then it becomes worse. His family members say me lots of bad things but never argue. I respect them always. But at least my husband should understand me what they are. Please suggest how to convince him.

we have been together 2 years - hes been seperated nearly 4,, Ex not in a hurry although with someone who is also seperated and not in a hurry to divorce but i still dont feel like a 'proper ' partner!! I have printed all papers from local court website and have found out costs shall i pass them to him,, We are very happy together but fed up with this 'oh he can pay, she can pay slack attitude- LETS MOVE ON!Dont they want to divorce? does he love me as much as her? they had 3 kids? although now in different countries.Last time he mentioned it she accused me of pushing issue.Although he denied this it was true... HELP?

I found out that my husband never loved me and he just married me out of convenience. This was a 13 year relationship and I'm very hurt. We are now divorced. I feel like he has taken my important years away from me. I'm 36 and married when I was 26. I wanted to have children but my now ex husband couldn't. He still continued to stay even though he didn't love me. Why would someone do this to another person? I married for the right reasons. Don't you think this is an act of selfishness on his part. I could never do that to someone as I think its wrong in God's eyes. We all have our judgement day right? I know the world has changed but we shouldn't deceive another person. I'm sorry but I'm hurt and I'm angry.

There is a guy that I used 2 like 4 four years.. his cousin used 2 love me (his my X)and his best friend 2... the one I like he got engaged to my best friend.. I did never show him that I like him once... he left my friend cuz he don't love her but she does.. they got engaged bcuz she adores him and he thought that she's better than alot of girls.. he asked me 2 go out as we usually do but that time we had a move we were at night sitting on the beach we kissed and he looked at me saying (I LOVE U) from the 1st day I saw u and I want u not anybody else and I couldn't come and tell u so before cuz of everything.. I'd really like to meet someone special. But the internet dating thing (match) hasn't worked for me. I'm 26 years old and I've never been in a relationship. Just never met the right person, and I've never wanted to have a boyfriend just for the hell of it. But I'd really like to find true love at this point in my life.

I'm an attractive girl. I tried the internet thing, because I don't like meeting people at bars or clubs. I'm not into clubbing because people are never genuine. I only go to bars to hang out with my friends. Not to get laid. And generally men seem to hound you down at clubs and everyone is trying to get laid. So I stay away from places like that.

How can I meet some genuine? Without internet dating...and without being hunted down by sexual predators on a night out.

me and my friend had dispute on some matter, She got angry on me... So by help of my well wisher, i get to know that if she is angry and if i try to control matter in such situation what best i can do is make matter more worse..... pls. help me if I am right or wrong for this??? eversince, I never been so free to do what I want for myself. after I finish college until now I been working for almost 9 years on my job, and I never experience given my self a break to make myself happy. I never go out, or to priorities my self needs. I help my family as I can before buying something for me, atleast twice a year, (hard to explain what my situation right now) but would be good for me that I am planning to priorities my need maybe 10 years from now. to explore different places that i want to go or whatever that I want to do. I fell in love 7 years ago wiv a girl I met at Uni. I was 19 n she was18, as a kid I went to church n was told 2 respect women/girls as equals, as every1 u lust after is some1s sister, daughter, mother etc. This really rang home wiv me as I would hate for some1 to mistreat a member of my family/friends n we r all people wiv hearts. i have absolutely full trust in my husband. then one day, he had to be hospitalised for appendicts. in these few days when i'm alone, i went through my handphone (he used mine for a while) and saw some unknown numbers (5 to be exact, with no names). out of curiousity, i called them. i was shocked to hear that my husband has made an imesh account behind my back and used it to get to know other girls! they even said that he claimed to be single (he's only 21) and he's frustrated with his annoying ex (which happens to be me! a.k.a. his wife)and that he wants to move on with his life. he even ask them out for dinner (his job sometimes requires him to saty til late, that's why i never thought differently of him) but they never meet up because of his recent illness.
i dont know what to think of him now, whether to broach up the subject or not. he's done this before and it took me a long while to gain back the trust that i have for him. could i be at fault?

My godmom watches my coworkers baby, coworker calls me on my cell and ask where is ur godmom i said i dont know,she says well where r u i said at the store, she says oh my goodness that means i left the baby at home with ur son he is only 14, i said why would leave a baby 9month with a child you should have made sure u handed that baby 2 an adult,not only that when my son told you that my godmom wasnt there you should have went on coz u dont pay me and u didnt ask u could not believe i was there coz u wouldnt have called my cell she left the baby and didnt call me till she got to work. did she take advantage of me or my son!!

In sixth grade, I tried to commit suicide. I just felt dirty inside, I felt like if I wasn't like the rest of my peers. When I was referred to a psychologist, I told her that only my aunt had molested me (which is true, as in my messed up family, my aunt, two of my uncles, and a male cousin of mine took turns molesting me.) I never really came about telling my parents the whole story. This all happened years ago, and I thought I had left it all behind. Well now, I am far away from home. My little brother is currently the age I was when I was first molested. I've had various nightmares about him and about his security. I just can't imagine having him going through the hell I went through. I am ready to spill everything to my parents. However, I do not which is the right way to put it in words. I'm thousands of miles away from home, and having the nervous breakdown I had tonight, am not willing to have my little brother at risk of the atrocities I was when I was his age.What should I do?

My family and boyfriend were invited to a wedding. Mom had too much wine to drink and came on to my boyfriend, putting her hand down his pants so he got hard, sat on his lap and said I love you Ryan, I love you.
I got him away. But next thing I go away and she has got him drunk, buying him drinks. I go home and find them in bed together. Both naked, her on top of him. I don't drink. He remembers and says he is sorry. Mom has no recollection of it and says I am making it up. She often does and says things and has no recollection of it the next day.She has stopped drinking now but I have her granddaughter on the way and want her to be a good role model for her. What can I do? I am 30. My boyfriend is 32 and she is 65.

I was raised very diffrent from my brother( whome is younger than me). I was taught to be responsible and independent, but my brother has always gotten away with murder. Dont get me wrong, I prefer being the responsible one, but, this time its gone too far and I need to speak up. The way my mom raises my brother, whome is now 19, is actaully crippling him in life.

She does everything for him, she even quit his job for him! I dont want to critisize her parenting, since I love her dearly and she is extremely sensitive. How do I tell her that she's doing the wrong thing, without hurting her feelings, or is it not my place to say??

Personally, I would want a beautiful woman. I would want her due to my own admiration, and for the production of physically attractive children, with good genetics. However, people say that it is a man just wanting to show her off like a crown. Not me at all. It's just only what I'm attracted to. Do average men want beautiful women for this reason? Is this common? I do not make up the majority of men by any means.
