My sister is married and has been having an affair with a married man for a few months even though her husband has cheated on her in the past this is her first affair ,the trouble is they are both very keen ,and see each another once a week i am just worried on how it might end do you think they can fall in love and then two family will be distroyed both with children.He was after her for a few years before the affair started.

It will end in pain, shame and one or two messy divorces. How sad that people will continue to treat marriage and each other with such disrespect.

Sounds like shes playing him at his own games. Sometimes this is good why should men get away with everything. Perhaps they have agreed to have an open marriage. Obviously both not thinking about their children, usually to slappers like this deserve each other. Or like I have some wealthy friends who are married but hate each other, but neither want to loose the lifestyle they have so live in seperate parts of the house and dont speak to each other.
One pair have grown up children who dont live home anymore and the other couple don't have children. I could not live like this but each to their own. I would sell up and move on.

Sorry but your sister is a mattress--her hubby is a player--and the 'new man' just couldn't care less--he is out for what he can get--one of life's opportunists really&is picking up the morsals left behind from their-(your sisters)-marriage--they all suit each other to be honest:/ Most people who answered you are correct--this can only end in tears.....and the poor kiddies are left in the middle AGAIN.

You can bet your bottom's dollar that it won't be pretty! It does not make it right to cheat just because someone else does it. She should've just decided to leave the man if she knew she wasn't going to be able to trust him and be faithful to him anymore. Two wrongs don't make a right. The children are innocent parties to this whole mess, but you can't sheild them from the outcome created by these irresponsible adults. The man who has been after your sister for five years is a slime ball!! He didn't respect her or her relationship five years ago if he was determined to intrude on that arrangement!

It's going to end badly thats how it's going to end .And why are you asking why isnt "SHE" asking?
Why would she put herself in this position , its ridiculous 2 wrong's dont make a right wether her husband cheated or not doesnt make it ok for her to do it , she's not even thinking of the effect this will have on her children.She need's to end it and re-establish her relationship with her husband and if she cant then file for legal seperation and divorce stating irreconcilable differences.
As for the guy she's seeing he's just a selfish arrogant male , he's not going to risk everything for her , period!.
I cant put it any plainer to you sorry.

in tears,pain and a wake up call that comes too late,ask her how she will feel not being with her hubby everyday,how she will feel seeing the hurt and pain in hubby's and her children's faces and most of all if she loves this man enough to see herself waking up next to him everyday for the rest of her life.she needs a long hard think about her answers and actions..

affairs are never good.
it always ends bad...but i am sure she is so cought up in it she cant see.
its hard for the kids and the other family..
advise her to quit while she is ahead.
if she has no love in her marraige she should end it and they can both move on to find happiness x

first he cheats and now she cheats, i dont think they should be together anyway....she should stop seeing this other bloke while she leaves her husband, she then should get herself and children settled and then if she still feels strongly for this other guy then maybe they could then start a life together
