just to remember you, no i'm not having sex with my girl cause i love her, and i respect her, i completely understand that by having sex with her, i'd ruin my life, and hers, so i'm the kind of guys that thing about waiting till marriage...i'm 100% sure about waiting, but i still don't know if i'd get in trouble here in oklahoma if i date her...can i???

I think you can get in trouble anywhere in the US if you're 19 dating a 15 year old. Whether you're having sex or not. I'm not saying I don't believe you're not having sex with her but there are a lot of people who won't believe you.
But, I think the others are right, if her parents approve then I don't think you have a problem cause they would have to be the ones to press charges. Just be careful not to break the girls heart or p*iss off the parents cause then they can turn on you. It's a sticky situation.

In a word yes. I thought I was safe @ 17 & my bf being 19 but I was wrong. my mom told me I'd better stop until I was 18 & "no longer under her roof". Little did she know lol. But no gray areas. She is underage period.
