In response to my question, my wife isn't a virgin and i was, i found that the bulk of women that answered told me that this was 2007 and things had changed. that i should get over it and forget about the traditional way of doing things. Why then do women insist on wearing a white dress to get married? If virginity and purity no longer matter, then why wear the white that symbolizes it? Does tradition matter after all, or is it only good when you can have your cake and eat it too?

Me and my mom talked last Friday about Christmas and birthday gifts for my 2 kids. I told her what I was planning on getting them (not even thinking twice about it). She went out on Sunday and bought everything she knew I was planning on getting. Now she is giving them as gifts from her to my kids. It really ticks me off! Last Christmas my aunt sent us each some cash and sent it to my mom's house for her to give to us. My mom stole our money (which was $100each) and spent it on herself. Giving us cheap dollar store gifts and claimed they were from my aunt. I totally caught her but never confronted her about it, trying to let it go. I have not talked to her in 3 days now. Would you be mad?

I posted a story on how i wanted to kick a girls butt, at school!
well i did't quite fight the girl i wanted to! i fought her best friend! lol. And she pulled my hair first sso i fought back, like anyone would! i ended up, on top of her and i kicked her @$$!

A friend of mine cheated on her boyfriend with one of his good friends while he was away. She said it just kind of happened. She now feels so guilty and wonders if she should tell her boyfriend the truth or is she being selfish by only telling him to let go of the guilt? I satred developing feeling for my friend and she developed the same feelings. She already had a bf but he lived in another city. I told her i wasn't sure if she was using me as a fill in for him and she said she didn't know either. So i gave her an ultimatum, either me or him and she chose him. So im ignoring her now. Its been 5 days and she made attempts to contact me the first 2 days but nothing since. Should i continue to ignore her or give in and apologize? She seriouly liked me, we even almost fooled around. I'm nervous about putting on my dress on the wedding day. I've always put on the shoes, crinoline, bra first and then had the dress put on over my head. I'm having my hair and make-up done before I get in my dress on the wedding day. One friend suggested that I step into the dress and then put the crinoline on after. Any suggestions?

It has recently come to my attention that a lot of people judge before they know someone. The look at the outer package and make their determination before ever considering what someone's heart might be like. What a shame....

For example... she's beautiful and voluptous.... must be dumb, trampy or even worse.... doesn't love God! Wow!

Another example: He' short, pudgy and bald.... must be a looser, bad lover...... unworthy of love! Another WOW!

It just amazes me that people would be so quick to judge over such shallow things..... how about you!

the hall where we want our reception quoted us $1,000.00 for a down payment for an October 2008 reception by email. Then she sent us the contract via email, and it said $500.00 to hold the date and then they need $2,000.00 deposit due by date a year in advance! That is $2,500.00 by October 3rd for what will be a $3,500 (approx) wedding reception! the deposit will be going towards the cost of the reception, so there will only be $1,000.00 left to pay, but we cannot come up with that much by the 3rd! we want it to be at this place because the price includes everything, even 3 hours of open bar and centerpieces. Anywhere else will cost a lot more and need to be catered, what would you do? I have not signed the contract as of yet. Thans in advance!

I just get married tow months a go. we moved to my mother in laws 3bed rooms apartment... for a while until we find our own place I am 22 and my husband is 24... as a new married couple we have sex a lot. and our room is next to my mother in law room. one night was about 4 am in the morning after me and my husband finish making love. I when out side to go to the bathroom and I notice her bedroom light was on. the next morning my husband say the that his mom can hear us clearing when we have sex. and its disturbing her. Okay this is yet again the problem. he has decided to leave me cuz his "hearts over there" but my feeling is that he is just doing this cuz he wants to be there for his kid not the mama..even though we are married i feel like he can still be with me and take care of the child?! what can i do? i try to be supportive but at the same time i dont wanna lose him im trying to be strong and we have been trying to have a kid since we were married 8 mo ago and still no preggo here and it makes me feel like im being punished that he is leaving me for her cuz they have a kid and i dont? should i feel this way what is going on in the world why do i have to suffer? and yet he still also tells me I still love you and im not going to file for the divorce unless i know for sure it works out with me and her and if not then i wanna take our time n gettin back together what the heck does this mean for me? should i charge him for bills even if he wont live with me since he left me whil e i am unemploye
