I understand that when a guy sees a hott gils they will say something but why cat call its a bad and good thing i guess but to some girls it makes them feel good and others it really upsets them but WHY GUYS WHY ??????

Don't know where you're walking. Some low-class area, I guess. All I can say is that in the circles I've lived in throughout my life, about 95 percent of the men I've been around have not been the cat-calling type.
