Stay strong or move on?

I satred developing feeling for my friend and she developed the same feelings. She already had a bf but he lived in another city. I told her i wasn't sure if she was using me as a fill in for him and she said she didn't know either. So i gave her an ultimatum, either me or him and she chose him. So im ignoring her now. Its been 5 days and she made attempts to contact me the first 2 days but nothing since. Should i continue to ignore her or give in and apologize? She seriouly liked me, we even almost fooled around. But i just kept getting the feeling that she was having a relationship with her long distance bpyfriend vicariously through me. What should I do now?

Dumb! Really buddy what do you thinks more important sex or friendship? Tell me whats more important, come on you can figure it out..... geeze just like everyone else, crush a GREAT friendship just because she can't comment to you..... geeze and I wonder why I can't sleep at night..... buddy forgive her, THEN ASK HER TO FORGIVE YOU!!! DON'T DESTORY A BEAUTIFUL RELAITONSHIP JUST BECAUSE SHE WON'T F YOU!!! Thats what it amounts to, because in the end the only difference between a friendship and what you want'd was that.... come on buddy, don't make the same mistakes most of us make because were to blinded by ignorant notions of romantic love, HAVE SOME UNCONDITIONAL LOVE for her please, for your sack and hers.... doesn't matter who you f, it matter who you love, because you can only MAKE LOVE to someone you love, fing doesn't amount to nothing more then masterbating with someone there, don't let that ruin a good bond....
