I know when you get into a relationship it doesn't make you "dead" when it comes to acknowledging someone's attractiveness but is it normal for your boyfriend to talk about how "fit" and "attractive" another woman is with his mates? Or is it just boys being boys. And does it mean, if they got the opportunity, would they do anything about it?

I wouldn't worry about it. Guys like to gossip as much as we girls do.
And hey, we're guilty of the same thing at times, talking to our girlfriends about how hot some other guy is. I think its just human nature.
Honestly, until you start seeing him acting strangely and suspect a cheater...relax.

I dont think i can answer for everyone on this one but i can tell you this... My wife and I have been together for nearly 7 yrs now and we still "check out" members of the opposite sex. Its really nothing for us to be out somewhere and one of us will say "hey what do you think of him or her". In our relationship i think this is a sign that we are completely comfortable with each other and dont feel threatened. There's an old saying I used to tell my wife that sounds funny but holds some truth to it. "If im still looking that means I havent found anything better yet." sounds harsh but like i said it holds some truth. As far as him taking the opportunity, thats something i cant judge without knowing the person, but some advice might help. Always be truthful and honest and love him for him and if he strays youll know its from no fault of yours.

boys will be boys, & they admire & talk about the opposite sex, the same as girls do. From my experience the ones that talk about it more are less enclined to do anything about it so dont worry to much, as long as he is not doing it when he is out with you - his just being a man.

actually, if I would hear my boyfriend saying that to me, of course it would really hurt me a whole lot and I would do all i can to be like that girl... but I guess if he comes up and tell me bout a girl who has nice this and beautiful that, I would just look at him in the eye and ask him if he is trying to compare me with another girl...
its an Ouchy feeling...believe me, its true...that would be my nightmare if my guy tries to compare me with another girl
